Green Slivers Wall Hanging

Green Slivers is a juxtaposition of sharp triangular shapes and tranquil undulating quilted curves.   This  was painstakingly pieced andcompleted using an improvisational technique.  The quilt is "faced" vs. finished with a binding to add to the flowing feel of the piece. You’ll love the flowing quilting.

100% cotton fabric and 80/20 poly/cotton batting was used in the construction of this quilt.

This quilt does NOT have a quilt sleeve.*

Art quilts are not intended to be washed.

*A quilt sleeve is often hand sewn on to the top of the back of a wall quilt.  A rod is inserted into the sleeve and evenly distributes the weight of the quilt as it hangs.  Not all my quilts have sleeves as some folks like to hang their quilts differently.
