Star Burst

My challenge for this quilt was to take a traditional, small block design, blow it up and make it modern.  The star is in shades of yellow and purple, the background is a very dark navy blue, and the outside binding is two toned to add to the flow of the quilt.  The quilting echoes the triangular shapes of the star and is finished with straight lines on the corner.

Materials:  100% cotton fabricant batting

All SWJ quilts have been laundered several times to test for color fastness and integrity.  I want you to use these quilts!  Machine wash in cool water and tumble dry.
